Today the angels ask that you reflect on the situations within your life and really take a notice of how you feel about them. It could be that you've spent so much time recently going along with the situations around you, and going with the easier route, but sometimes it's important to take some time out to be really honest with yourself and to ask yourself if your life is how you desire it to be.
Perhaps there are small or even big changes that you would like to make, but you've pushed them to the back of your mind, through fear of change. The angels let you know that whatever you go through you will not be alone, and they will bring you the support needed to embrace changes, which will in the long run lead you to a happier and more fulfilling life.
Take some time out to listen to some music from a time in your life when you were care free and happy. Take as long as you like listening to this music and allow your mind to drift back in that space of being carefree and happy. This is a great state of mind to be in, so that you can look at your life now and it creates a good relaxed mind set to be honest with yourself about your current circumstances. Jot down any notes that you wish to make and any feelings and thoughts which arise for you.
