Your angels have seen your heart and are concerned that your love may be souring into hate. Have you felt bitter or frustrated recently? Has something come up in your life that you just can’t seem to get past? Your angels are telling you that the love you once held in your heart before this situation is starting to be overcome by hatred. But there is a solution: Meditation.
Why choose meditation?
Similar to any phone or computer, when your software is running slowly and lagging at minor tasks, the first thing that IT support would advise you is to turn it off, then on again.
Meditating is like closing all the applications you have running on your phone or computer and restarting the device anew. This lets you be more mindful of the apps (or thoughts and emotions) that you have open, and allow you to focus on which ones you really need to keep running.
You can connect with yourself and really take a look at what is going on in your head, your heart, and your spirit. When you can clearly see where the hate you feel is coming from, it will be easier to erase it from your life.
Let’s continue the metaphor of software: your angels are like a security system that is always looking out for you. When they begin to detect darker emotions, like hatred or jealousy, they send you a pop-up about it. But you have to be paying attention to receive the message! If there’s too much going on in your head you may miss the notification.
That’s where meditation comes in. Meditation calms your mind so you can focus on what your angels are pointing you towards, and, often, how to deal with it.
How do you meditate?
There are as many different methods to meditate as there are people, so there’s no wrong way to go about it. If you’re already a master meditator, then now is the best time for you to focus on deleting hate from your internal software. But if, like many people, you’re not sure where to start, there are simple steps to take, and they’re all free!
First and foremost, you should find someplace that is quiet and calm. It should be free of distractions (or as free as you can get) and in a place that you are comfortable being in for a while. Next, acquire or find someplace comfortable to sit or kneel. This can be a chair or a sofa or the floor, if that’s your thing.
Before you move on, run a systems check on your body. Have you used the bathroom? Will your legs go numb in this position? What is that sound and where is it coming from? Make sure that you take care of all of these distractions before you start. Then, set a timer for the duration that you’re planning to meditate for. Five to ten minutes is an excellent amount of time to set aside for beginners.
Next is the meditational part. Start by focusing on your breathing, then, when your mind is quieted, focus on your angels. They will be guiding you through this internal software update.
Be kind to yourself when you meditate. It’s okay that your mind wanders and it’s okay if you can’t do it for very long. Your angels are understanding of you and you should be as well. Let them take your hand and guide you through sorting out your emotions. You may be surprised at what you find behind the hate you’re feeling!
Remember, there is never a wrong way to call on your angels! Meditation is simply a good way to quiet your mind enough to listen to what your angels are telling you.
