You can create positive change in situations, and through demonstrating a calm assertiveness you will find that situations are defused and people are more likely to listen to your point of view.

If there is something you're wanting to request, for example if you need to talk to your boss about a situation in work, start with communicating empathy by saying "I understand you have a lot of work to catch up on today," then express what you need, "however, I need to talk to you about something that happened at work recently, let's arrange a time to talk about this."
By doing this, you will find it is easier to approach people and assert your needs. You can ask for the angels to be by your side if you need the confidence to do this and they will happily assist you.
