All your spiritual helpers who are surrounding you right now want to let you know that you are not alone and that you are safe. You have many spiritual helpers and they would like to let you know how much you are loved by them. They wish to let you know how they will always bring you the support and protection that you need in life.
You will find that as you progress on your journey in life, different ascended masters and guides may help you with different situations but your guardian angels always stay the same. If you ever need their support, always ask and they will always provide you the help that you need, even if this is in a different form than you expected.
Spend some time in meditation and allow yourself to fully relax. Visualise a beautiful big hall and visualise a circle of seats, with you at the head of the circle. Call in your guardian angels, and any Archangels or ascended masters who are currently working with you at this time. Watch as they all take a seat, then go around the circle and speak with each one. Ask them for their name and any advice that they have to give you, then thank them for their assistance. You can repeat this at anytime you feel you're in need of some spiritual help, or if you feel stuck in any area of your life.
