Your heart chakra is where you receive and give out unconditional love. It is also the center where you build deep connections with others and having a balanced heart chakra is very important for your own well being.
The angels wish to thank you for the love that you give out to the world and for them. They ask for you to nurture and look after your heart chakra to ensure that you balance giving with receiving. Sometimes as a heart centered person, it can be easy to give but not so easy to receive, so this is a reminder to receive graciously and to realize that you deserve the goodness that is now coming in to your life.
For today spend some time nurturing your heart chakra. You may choose to do one or more from the following list to help you open up to receiving love into your life in all forms:
- Take a hot bath with a few drops of rose essential oil.
- Use an oil burner or diffuser with rose oil and exhale this beautiful scent as you relax.
- Buy yourself some pink roses and place them in your home or work area.
- Carry a rose quartz crystal for the day and place it by your bedside at night time.
- Place a rose quartz in the relationship corner of your home (this is the furthest right hand corner in your home from the main entrance).
