The angels surround you with so much love and care today, as they've heard your prayers for help with concerns and worries that you may have been experiencing. This is confirmation for you that your prayers have been heard and that they are in the process of being answered.
As the day unfolds you may start to see signs of this, for there may be synchronicities which appear or signs such as birds, butterfly's or music which is well timed. The angels ask that you release your worries and concerns, and to do your best to fully let go of this energy, so that it is released from your mind, spirit and body. In doing this, you may find that you feel lighter and that you're able to focus more on the day ahead.
Write down any worries, concerns or desires that you have in life on a piece of paper. Once it's written down, put it in a special box which is called a "God Box" as a way of letting go and allowing the Divine to help you. You can use a simple box that you may have spare, or if you wish, you can decorate a box and take time out to make it as detailed (or as simple) as you desire.
